Shipping USA

We ship via UPS and USPS in the USA - You can calculate your shipping on each product's detail page as well as in the checkout and checkout process. Most orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. Once your order has shipped you will be emailed a tracking number, you can also view your tracking number by logging into your account.  Please note the shipping time is after the order leaves our warehouse not from the time you order. However all in stock items are usually shipped within 5 business days. If you need an order expedited for a Birthday for example let us know and we'll do our best to ship it as fast as possible.

How Long Will My Order Take?

We all hate waiting for something we've ordered and paid for, we understand this and will ship your order within 5 business days. Once your order ships the carrier (UPS/USPS) will take care of delivering your items by the service you selected. Not all shirt sizes / types are in stock at all time, most will be except some of the larger sizes 4/5/6XL although we do try to carry all of these at all times. Other delays can be caused by printers being serviced, equipment issues, luckily these are rare and we will advise you of any unexpcted delays.

Missing Shipments / Damages

All shipments will have a tracking number so you can see where your order is (USA) if the carrier loses your order or delivers it to the wrong place, let us know and we'll follow up with them. If it's a permament loss, we'll replace or refund the order and make a claim with the carrier. If your package arrives with obvious signs of damage, you should immediately let us know, if possible take a photograph of the damaged box and keep that, this may be required for an insurance claim,.

Holidays / Business Days

Business days are Monday to Friday, we do not ship or deliver on weekends, we are also closed for major holidays.
We can only ship to P.O Boxes using USPS. Please help us get your order to you as quickly as possible by entering your address correctly in the checkout and in your account admin.

Updating Account Information

You can update your delivery address(es) in your account admin, as well as change your billing address, password etc. Once an order has shipped we cannot change the shipping address for that particular order.

We ship to most countries around the world, international shipping is handled by USPS (The US Postal Service) and UPS . Your shipping quote is available in the checkout.

Missing Shipments / Damages

Your shipment will have a tracking number, please allow plenty of time for your international order to arrive, there are many factors that can delay your shipment including customs delays.
Please help us make sure your order arrives quickly by ensuring the correct address details are entered in to your account. If your order does not arrive after 45 days let us know.
All international orders include insurance so you are covered in case of loss or damage.

Customs / Fees

Many countries charge custom clearance fees, import duties or tax, we have no control over this or have any way of estimating how much these could be. If in doubt contact your local customs organization. Also there are some restrictions on which items that can be imported, it is up to you to decide on what is allowed. We are not responsible for any taxes, duties, delays or seizures imposed by your countries customs clearing.
If an order is seized and not released by customs we cannot issue a refund. We do not charge any taxes or fees for international shipping, all our prices are displayed without tax (Florida Sales Tax)

Customs Forms

We will fill out custom forms with the exact description and price of your order, we do not modify the pricing or description in order to deceive receiving countries customs. We can mark a shipment as a gift if this is selected in your order. We will insure for the full value of the shipment. Marking as a gift however is rarely taken into account by customs authorities.
